All items can be returned within 5 business days from the day you received your order. All merchandise must be received back in its original form with tags attached. It must not be worn, altered, or damaged. No Shipping or Handling will be refunded on any returns. Please return in original packaging & mark on box return to sender. No returns on any Custom orders. If a return for exchange is needed, please note on your return receipt your exchange request.
If you return an item, you will recieve a online store credit that will be posted to your account for the amount of the item(s) you purchased. You can use the credit to purchase other items from DeCordon.com.
No monetary refunds will be given for returns items.

Yes, you would pay for shipping, and purchase tracking/delivery confirmation. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, De Cordon is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
